Studio Policies

  • Manage Your Appointment: You can manage your scheduled appointment by creating an account in Vagaro. Please sign up with the same email you provided to Janelle in the booking form. (After your appointment is set with Janelle, it will automatically show up in your account under Appointments.)

  • Confirming Your Appointment: A confirmation email will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment the day before, your appointment will be considered a cancellation. You may confirm in your Vagaro account or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations: If you have to cancel (no worries!), kindly let us know 24 hours before your appointment. You may do so in your Vagaro account or by contacting us directly.

  • Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment. You may do so in your Vagaro account or by contacting us directly. In cases of last minute rescheduling due to urgent matters, please call us at (323) 547-2174.

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we understand, but if you are more than 15 mins late we may have to reschedule.

  • No Shows: If you do not show up to your schedule appointment without giving notice, you will no longer be able to book with our studio.
